Terms of Service
Effective date: September 19, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Easy Make (peelnship.com) and our web application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.
- No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
- No attempts to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or circumvent security.
- Comply with all applicable laws and third‑party terms (e.g., connected marketplaces).
4. Integrations and Third‑Party Services
The Service may enable connections to external platforms (e.g., Etsy, Shopify). You are responsible for your accounts on those platforms and for complying with their terms. We act on your instructions to facilitate synchronization and workflows. We are not responsible for third‑party availability, changes, or actions.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service as instructed by you. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit content and connect third‑party accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, designs, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other IP except as needed to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our privacy practices as described there.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease, except for provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification).
12. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. The exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
